Dolce Fair, which started on 9/21, will be closed on 10/14 (Mon., national holiday) 😢.

This is an adult cheesecake with a rich cheesecake flavor, deeply soothing matcha green tea aroma, and a pitch-black surface that adds an even more bitter taste. Serve with orange marmalade.

Chestnut and rosemary tart 🌰.
Castagnaccio", a chestnut tarde known as a local Tuscan pastry.
It is slightly sweetened with chestnuts and accented with rosemary.
