Pizza & Margherita with shrimp, seasonal vegetables (asparagus, lilies) and bisque sauce

Left: Bongole spaghetti with coloratura (Italian fish sauce)
Right:Amatriciana Bianco rigatoni with bacon, onion, and pecorino cheese (popular with tomato sauce, but this week we recommend it with bianco: ☺️)
